Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use VidElixir.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Your inputs are yours. Prompts, custom characters, channel settings, and other material you provide remain your property.
• Your outputs are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we may hold in the videos, images, scripts, and audio the studio generates for you. You may use them commercially, including monetized YouTube uploads.
• You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: hosting, processing, and displaying your content back to you, including sending it to the AI providers that power generation.
• AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for other users, and the legal status of AI-generated media varies by jurisdiction — you are responsible for how you use what you generate, including compliance with platform policies such as YouTube’s disclosure requirements for synthetic content.

You agree not to use VidElixir to:

• Create content that is illegal, that sexualizes or endangers minors, that harasses or defames real people, or that deceives viewers with fabricated events presented as real.
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others — including generating recognizable likenesses of real people or copyrighted characters without the rights to do so.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or authentication, or resell access without our written permission.
• Violate the terms of the platforms you publish to or of the AI providers that power the pipeline.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The service depends on third-party AI providers (Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs) and on YouTube API Services. Their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside our control, and features that rely on them may change. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

VidElixir is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We will not intentionally delete your generated content without notice while your account is in good standing.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; review everything before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using VidElixir and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal requirements, or risk to the service, with notice where practicable. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date and notify account holders by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms or our Privacy Policy can be sent to hello@videlixir.com.
